Service to community has become for so many politicians, another powerful
job or prestigious opportunity. In my heart, service to community should
be driven by an uncompromising commitment to hard work, longevity
and sacrifice without regard to personal agenda or gain.
While the halls of government are full of predictable politicians
put there by the privileged and the elite, the uncertainties of our
time, both nationally and internationally, dictate that we choose
leaders who are tenacious, driven by what is fair and sensible, and
unafraid to challenge the status quo.
My entire history of service has been driven by hard work, a commitment
to your demands and expectations, and a focused strategy to deliver
results. My passion to turn hard work into productive service will
drive my legislative agenda in Washington. You will be able to depend
